LAUNCH OF AGRINOVAR CONTEST

The launch of AgrInovar contest will happen at 17:20h of may 4th at the Entrepreneur Lab.

This session will be presided by Luis Correia, President of Castelo Branco Municipality, Inovcluster and CATAA/CEi, Ana Abrunhosa, President of CCDRCentro and João Carvalhinho, from CATAA-CEi. CATAA.

An initiative from  CATAA-CEi and InovCluster, with the aim to promote innovation in the agrifood sector through the dissemination of an innovation and entrepreneurship culture. It is developed through the project Inov2agro, co-funded through Centro 2020 and the European Union through ERDF.

Main objectives:

1. Promote the development of new food products based in the regional products;

2. Discover, foster the development of new products in the agrifood sector and promote them abroad;

3. Promote entrepreneurship and innovation among the agroindustrial sector of the Center Region of Portugal.
